Awesome customer service! The owner offered personalized recommendations based on my family's needs and her own experience with cloth diapering. I was nervous about spending the money to switch to cloth for my four month old, but she made the transition easy. My husband, who was very resistant, is also using them!

AMAZING customer service! I had a problem with an item I ordered. I emailed Kayla and she responded the same day. Two days later, I had a replacement item! She responded promptly to all emails and addressed the concern immediately. It was refreshing to find such wonderful customer service!
